Brandon Herman is a photographer and filmmaker (and all around great guy) working in New York City. His photography focuses on punchy colors and flirty themes. As founder and organizer of the NY Pin Up Club (www.NYPinUpClub.com) he has spent the last four years working heavily in the retro/pin-up style. His photography also influences his filmmaking: his movies are marked with a bold style and technical proficiency. In the area where film and photography overlap, he shoots 'video portraits;' short, non-narrative pieces that are like photos brought to life.
He is currently shooting a series of inter-related films for a website he has created (www.steampunkpictureshow.com).
